22 & 23 March in Stuttgart

"Ramp Up Management in the automotive industry” is the topic of this year’s Ramp Up Symposium. The event is for everyone who works as decision maker in product launches in the automotive industry.

Excerpt from the performance of the trade fair

Main focus of the event: ramp up management is a complex topic with a lot of interfaces to different disciplines - production planning, personal planning or logistics for example. The specificity of the ramp up is also made of the interdisciplinary composition of the involved persons in planning and implementation. Often ramp ups are associated with innovations in terms of new technologies or product components. The control of the ramp ups requires special methods and procedures oriented on the product launch.

Further on the second day Mr. Schubert, one of the general managers of the iFAKT, will give interesting insights in the topic “ramp up – preventive hedging with supply chain simulation”. In his presentation he will talk about the virtual mapping of internal and external supply chains. Also the simulation and optimization of the supply chains are part of his explanations. His focus is on the use of webbased, digital tools. He will be glad to see you in the assembly hall.
