In the IMValidation module, you set conditions and initial parameters for various scenarios depending on your question. Basic parameters are: delivery plans, manufacturing and supply process, production system logics, shift plans, machine times, set-up times, availabilities, frequencies of breakdowns etc. The simulation model is created and validated on the basis of this information and the data from the IMDesigner foundation module.

With the IMDesigner module you can create CURRENT STATE and FUTURE STATE value streams. You can then validate these value streams using dynamic simulations. Dynamic observation generates new key performance indicators which you can analyze and evaluate using the IMAnalyzer module. This makes it easier to detect wastages and you can measure the efficiency of actions taken.
