Production documentation
and reporting
Find the right information every time - thanks to an integrated factory model which all relevant information is linked up to.
To implement your planning, you need different evaluations and reports. The modules of the Integrated Manufacturing Solution (IMS) provide you with a broad range of reporting mechanisms. We can tailor evaluations to meet your specific needs.
Never have to search for information and files again
When you work with the modules of the Integrated Manufacturing Solution (IMS), a digital model of your production is created. All the data on production, processes, resources, and their interconnections is recorded in a structured way. Moreover, all objects can be linked to any files you wish. This means that all the data relevant to production is easily accessible. Your production is documented from start to finish; data can be exported, archived, reused and found with ease.
A vast range of reports and evaluations
Examples of the reports generated by the modules:
- Manufacturing structure and bills of goods
- Variant parts lists
- CIP measures report (list of all processes you want to improve with CIP measures)
- Work schedules
- Working instructions
- Static resource utilization
- Dynamic resource utilization
- Graphs of different current/future state comparisons: workload, lead time, value-added, costs
- Overview of costs
- GANTT and PERT Charts

Did you know?
Studies say that planners only spend 20% of their time on creative, designing and evaluation activities. The major chunk of their time goes to documentation, information procurement and internal coordination. This time can be reduced drastically by using an integrated and structured documentation system thanks to a digital factory model.
