Your digital factory model and the modules of the Integrated Manufacturing Solution (IMS) contain a wealth of knowledge. You access this knowledge base with the IMKnowledgeNavigator (IMKnav).
Use the knowledge you have accumulated
When you use the different software modules, you generate more and more knowledge. This generates evaluations, for instance, or you can record the knowledge of your machine operators on the shop floor using IMKnowledgeCapture. Your CIP activities are documented permanently and linked to the matching objects (products, processes…) – no matter which CIP method you use. You constantly use the knowledge base generated as a result as the foundation for new plans or improvements.
Retrieving your knowledge
The IMKnowledgeNavigator helps you to retrieve your knowledge. You can find all the saved information again effortlessly: using tags, free search terms and the possibility of restricting your search to particular object types or areas in the product tree. In the extended search you can restrict the search further using logical operators and various settings options.
