In the IMAnalyzer module, all the data, indicators and information from the modules of the Integrated Manufacturing Solution are pooled and can be compared, analyzed and evaluated.

Comparing planning levels and variants

The IMAnalyzer uses different indicators (e.g. value-added, costs), so that you can compare different levels of planning and planning variants. This also includes different simulation runs from the IMValidation module. Different trends and behaviours are made visible as a result, forecasts become possible and planning variants can be evaluated.

Evaluation possibilities

The IMAnalyzer displays all comparisons and evaluations so that they are easy to follow. For example, pie charts or bar charts are used to visualize data. Evaluations can be displayed with their traffic light status.

Overview of the status of my planning

The module can present the status of your planning or your progress in visual form, too. See, for instance, where you have already carried out CIP measures and where you haven’t.

Mapping value streams

If you have used value streams in the IMDesigner and IMValidation modules, you can also analyze and compare the performance indicators that were generated using the IMAnalyzer. This provides you with easy-to-follow diagrams and evaluations.

Comparing different value streams

You can compare CURRENT and FUTURE STATE value streams, evaluate different variations of FUTURE STATE value streams and optimisation measures (by comparing value streams before and after the measure) and much more. You can also visualize how your value streams develop over time.

Continuous improvement of value streams

If you conduct current state analyses on a regular basis and the data is saved systematically, then out of the phases: current state mapping, planning of future state performance indicators, comparison of current and future state performance indicators and implementation of measures, you generate a sustainable closed feedback loop.
